Wellbeing Commission

Identifies and promotes actions aimed at ensuring an optimal quality of the working environment and atmosphere within the Department. Monitors organizational aspects and implements specific initiatives designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships, cohesion, inclusivity, and equal opportunities, acting as a listening and coordination point between the various departmental stakeholders and the University’s initiatives on organizational well-being.
