Antennas and Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory (LACELab)
The laboratory is equipped with measurement instrumentation and prototyping equipment for design and manufacturing of antennas and other components. The academic and technical staff have extensive skills and software tools for designing such devices. The application areas are antennas for terrestrial and non-terrestrial communications, diagnostic and therapeutic applications of electromagnetic waves, characterization of materials, and compact radar systems. The laboratory provides antenna measurement services both in an anechoic chamber and in open-test range.
