Microelectronics EMC Laboratory (UEMCLab)

The laboratory is equipped with the instruments needed for the design and the characterization of integrated circuits. Workstations are available to design analog, digital and mixed signal in the Cadence virtuoso environment including the tools needed to perform signal integrity and power integrity analysis. Furthermore, the laboratory is equipped with a shielded room and all the instruments needed to perform functional tests as well as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests, i.e., emission tests as prescribed in IEC 61967 and the immunity tests according to IEC-62132.
