Analog, Mixed Mode and Power Electronic Circuits and Systems Laboratory (AmpsLab)
The AMPs Lab conducts research in analog, mixed-signal, and power electronics, with a focus on highly energy-efficient and intelligent integrated systems. Our work spans ultra-low-voltage and ultra-low-power IC design, advanced sensor interfaces for IoT and biosensing, and mixed-signal techniques for machine learning.
Our research interests include innovative A/D and D/A converters, as well as high-efficiency power management solutions such as switching-mode DC–DC converters and power converters for renewable-energy applications. Our expertise also covers EMC-aware design, from circuit modeling to spread-spectrum techniques for EMI mitigation.
The lab supports the full design cycle through IC prototyping and testing, collaborating with academic and industrial partners to translate cutting-edge research into practical, reliable technologies.
