Student paper award at the 2022 International Workshop on Integrated Nonlinear Microwave and Millimetre-wave Circuits

DET is happy to announce that the paper "Thermal modeling of RF FinFET PAs through temperature-dependent X-parameters extracted from physics-based simulations" authored by E. Catoggio, S. Donati Guerrieri, C. Ramella and F. Bonani, received the 2nd place award granted to the PhD Student Eva Catoggio in the finals of the Student Paper Competition at the INMMiC 2022.
