Remote Sensing Laboratory

The RSG lab at the Politecnico di Torino focuses on data analysis and post elaboration (data correction and comparison, data fusion and enhancement) for environmental monitoring applications. Main topics are related to GNSS-Remote Sensing (GNSS Reflectometry, GNSS Radio Occultation, GNSS Tomography) and Radar Meteorology. The development of hardware solutions as well as high performance routines for direct hardware interfacing, concerning in particular meteorological sensors and radio link devices constitutes the second key activity at the lab. Data management tools and user presentation layers (like the latest techniques involving web based presentations) are also investigated.
