Methodologies and circuits for VLSI digital and mixed-signal design

This activity focuses on the design and optimization techniques of high speed and low power digital/mixed-signal circuits, especially when ultra deep-submicron phenomena invalidate the traditional design techniques. Main focus is on circuits and technologies for mixed signal design of Ultra Wide Band integrated circuits,  SOI circuit topologies and design methods for low leakage and high speed, interconnect centric design (pipelining,  latency insensitive, signal and power integrity issues), heating and reliability (thermal analysis electromigration aware power supply grid design).

On this topic 8 articles have been published in international reviews and 25 papers have been presented in various conferences.
