Stochastic systems

Stochastic models are powerful tools that allow to design and analyze complex systems that operate in presence of uncertainty. For instance, systems belonging to such a class have been used to model the complex behaviors of power plants, of sensor networks, and of biological chemical reaction networks. This research activity will focus on the development of new analysis and design tools for such a class of systems as well as on techniques to simulate their evolution.
