Performance of network protocols and services

The Internet is a complex ecosystem where different applications and technologies co-exists. Measuring the performance of a given system – from simple speed-test to observing YouTube quality -- is complicated by the tangle and inter-dependencies between applications, network, services, etc. In this scenario, we have developed a 15-years old experience in monitoring the network traffic to extract useful information. By engineering measurements platforms, and processing data using machine learning to extract useful information, we can help the researchers in understanding the quality of experience and the root cause of problems.
