ETF06 - Innovative Solutions for Control System, Electric Plant, Materials and Technologies for a Nonconventional Remotely-Piloted Aircraft

The main purpose of the project is focused on the study and design of an unmanned airship with low environmental impact, high endurance, improved operability and insensibility to adverse atmospheric agents, low manufacturing/maintenance costs.

Specifically the VLSILAB group contribution to the project is the design and implement the electric propulsion system with hybrid power supply by fuel cell and battery / supercapacitors which is optimized as regards reliability and energy performance, with an eye to future development of the ZEV proposed in this project.
